We want your trophy ordering to be quick, easy, and give you value for money. Please follow our guide to placing your order. There are two ways in which you can place your trophy order. Either offline using our engraving form (see below) or online via this website. 

1. Choose

Search for your ideal trophy by using the categories from the home page. These are seperated into key sports - football, rugby, golf etc -- or by product - trophy cups, premier glass etc. Alternative click on "All Trophies" and use our powerful filter tool to narrow your search. Try adding a key phrase or product code if you have one. You can also filter by price if you are on a budget. If you are struggle for inspiration, then have a look in our catalogue. 

2. Customise

All of our trophies can be customised and the options available will be shown in the product information. Most resin trophy and economy plaques can be customised with a simple engraved plate - just tick the box and add the details. Premium glass and salvers can be sandblasted or colour printed with your logo and text. There is an additional charge for all customisation.

3. Checkout

Add how many trophies you require and follow the simple checkout process. Please ensure you add your mobile number so our courier can contact you if necessary. We normally say trophies are delivered in 15 working days, but we can get them out to you a lot quicker than that – next day if needs be! Just let us know when you want your trophies delivered, sit back and leave it to us.

Discounts for large orders

If you are looking to place a large order with lots of engraving detail, then it may be easier to email your requirements and for us to quote applying the best discount.

We can send you a catalogue, or you can view it here. Of course you can also get inspiration directly on this website. Think of the budget you have, and what awards you wish to present. There is something for all budgets. 

2. Complete your engraving information

Download our easy to use Engraving Form and complete following the instructions. Then email your form to us along with your contact details. Make sure you enclose a copy of your club badge if you require custom centres.

3. Approve your quote

Once you have received your quote, check to ensure that all the details are correct. If you are happy - simply click the link to approve and make payment. Advise us when you require your trophies for.
