Resin Trophies
Resin trophies are among the most popular award types, available in themed designs for virtually every sport or activity. They often feature action poses (like footballers, golfers, rugby players, dancers etc.) and detailed sculpted elements. They are durable and cost-effectiveand are made from hardened, moulded plastic (usually polyurethane or polystone) that allows for detailed, complex 3D designs. They are easily customised with a club centre and an engraved plate.

Medals and Medallions
Medals are typically smaller (in general around 50mm), lighter and designed to be worn around the neck with a ribbon. They often have space for a club centre on the front and can be engraved on the reverse. Medals can also be presented in a box where an engraved plate can be stuck to the inside of the lid. Medallions are generally larger (typically 70mm0 and heavier. They can be worn on a chain, but more often will be presented in a box. Medals and medallions have a fantastic history and can be traced back to ancient civilizations. We can create you an bespoke medal - for example for a marathon.

Annual Shields and Plaques
These are used as a perpetual award for sports and community events. With roots in 19th Century military victory monuments, they are crafter with a central, larger shield in the centre customised with the competition name and featuring smaller record shields around the outside recording the annual winner names. Annual plaques are a more cost effective way of providing a perpetual award and will still feature a main shield, with the record shields replaced by metal plaques. Annual shields are returned back to the competition organiser at the end of the year, so a nice touch is to provide the winners with a mini shield as a permenant record of their achievement.

Cups
The range of cups available today is vast and ranges from silver or nickel plated, through to large "Italian" bowls and plastic budget cups in a wide range of colours. As with medals, the history of trophy cups can be traced back to early civilisations where vessels where often used in rituals and celebrations and as a mark of victory. Egyptians used chalice-like ceremonial vessels which are regarded as the early inspiration for the shape of later trophy cups. Metal plated cups can be engraved both on the cup and the "plinth", usually the circular base the cup is presented on. Budget cups can be easily customised with an engraved plate on the usually marble base.

Salvers
Salvers began their life as serving trays in noble households. From the Spanish term "salva" over the centuries they evolved from a pratical serving item into decorative and prestigious objects. Over time salvers evolved into prestigious sporting trophies though often regarded as the presentation for a runner-up rather then an outright event winner.  That said, onme of the most prestigious salvers is has been presented to the winner of the Wimbledon Ladies Singles Championship since 1886.

Glass Awards
Glass objects where historically reserved for royalty and religioud use due to the difficulty and craftsmanship required to produce them. By the time modern competitive events and corporate cultures emerged, glass was established as a medium for items that conveyed prestige and refinement. Glass symbolizes transparency, integrity and excellence - qualities valued in modern corporate culture and therefore not surprisingly is the most popular style of trophies for corporate and staff presentations. The range of glass awards is vast from simple glass plaques through to complex three dimensional shapes and all can be customised with in a range of methods including metal plates, sandblasting or colour print.

Heavyweight Blocks & Sublimated Awards
A modern edition to the trophy range is the heavyweight block made famous by the Premier League Player of the Match award. Manufactured from coloured plastic, they are an affordable, durable trophy which can be easily customised with a full colour vinyl graphic. A sublimated trophy is created using dye-sublimation, a process that embeds full colour graphics into a specially coated surface such as metal plate, acrylic and wood. This gives a durable, high resolution, permanent finish that won't peel, fade or easily scratch.

Gifts
A practical way to reward achievement is the presentation of glassware. Wine glasses, champagne flutes, highball glasses, tankards and decanters all make superb gifts that can be customised with a logo and text and are a great alternative to a traditional award.
